Joe is the Curriculum Team Leader for Modern Foreign Languages at Blatchington Mill School in Hove, previously a Lead HUB School as part of the MFL HUB Scheme. Alongside his role as a Team Leader, Joe is also a Course Leader for NCELP and an External Expert for Ofqual in Modern Foreign Languages. Extremely passionate about both language teaching and teacher training and development, Joe also works closely with local schools to develop their practice and has previously been a Specialist Leader of Education in Brighton and Hove. Beyond the local context, Joe has also worked with the BBC and the British Council to deliver training on effective approaches to MFL teaching.
