Tom Megit is the Second in command of an MFL department at a secondary school in Exeter. He has 12 years’ experience teaching French, Spanish and Italian across the secondary phase. He started his career at a school in North London after completing his PGCE in 2010 at the Institute of Education, University of London. He went on to complete an MA in Education on a part-time basis in 2013 through Middlesex University. He became a Specialist Leader in Education in 2016, and completed his NPQML in 2020. Tom has been working in his current position in Exeter since February 2021, and is now an NCELP Specialist Teacher and CPD Course Leader. The NCELP schemes of learning are fully embedded in KS3 at his school, as well as in many of the schools that he has worked with as part of the Hub Project.
